Subprojects

The development of laboranova is divided into subprojects, each being managed by a project partner.

SP1 Project Management
Ensures the realization of the project objectives. This includes monitoring of the achievement of milestones and the timely delivery of the deliverables; quality management, risk and opportunity management, conflict resolution and ensuring that results are achieved within budget.

SP2 Foundations and Roadmapping
Co-ordinates the collaborative R&D activities within Laboranova, laying a broad fundament of strategies, theories, and technologies required for achieving consistent scientific and technological results.

SP3 Ideation Space
Creates a completely new work experience for knowledge workers by developing and introducing new processes, methods, and tools for strategic innovation.

SP4 Connection Space
Creates tools augmenting the social capacities of individuals, group/teams and communities and providing better conditions for knowledge discovery, diffusion and community building using innovative approaches.

SP5 Evaluation Space
Develops tools for assisting idea evaluators collaboratively to gain insight about the potential and mass appeal of ideas, select the most promising and agree on a course of action.

SP6 Integration Architecture
Defines and produces the necessary steps in order to integrate the Laboranova tools and methodologies into the selected platforms, Laboranova Live and into services suitable for being applied into public organizations.

SP7 Living Labs
Translates the ideas and concepts generated through the project into innovation by means of turning them into practices in multi-contextual environments.

SP8 Training
Focuses on training the users in living labs and nurture learning and knowledge dissemination internally in the project.

SP9 Dissemination and Exploitation
Targets a wide variety of audiences covering all stakeholders for the scientific and technological developments within the project.
